Stephen Young has over 28 years experience in the Health and Safety Training Field with a focus on OSHA complaint training programs. He has extensive experience in teaching Risk Avoidance, Risk Analysis and Risk Management at the university level for the past 15 years throughout Southern California. Additionally, Stephen has practical experience being deployed to many large disasters through out the west. In this capacity Stephen has worked in Safety Officer positions in dynamic events as well as other command structure positions. He has also been deployed through FEMA teams as pre-incident deployed personnel.

Joe has held the position of Manager of Occupational Safety and Health for the Schools Insurance Program for Employees (SIPE) public schools of San Luis Obispo County for 20 years. Joe has over 38 years experience in occupational health and safety, fire protection, emergency response, including workers’ compensation, property, and liability insurance. Joe spent 11 years as a firefighter paramedic for Santa Barbara County Fire Department, worked 4 years as Coordinator for Safety and Health Pullman Power Corp. Diablo Nuclear Construction project, and 2 years on shore and off shore oil platform construction safety.
